Buying & selling
Whenever you think the price is right, hit buy or sell in your Gold Savings Account and we will lock in the current gold price for 30 seconds for you to decide.
Buying and selling is available 24/7 with our 2% premium and spread being among the lowest in the industry.
Please note: Any free gold reward that is granted to you is locked until you have added at least 5 grams of gold to your account since it was credited to you.

Buy and sell limits
With the Gold Savings Account we made it easy to buy and sell as little as 0.01 grams (Currently worth SGD 0.86) and a maximum of SGD 200,000 worth of gold per day (Currently 0 grams). Buying with your existing cash balance or credit card is instantaneous.
Please note: We offer gold purchases without prior cash deposit of up to SGD 20,000 and allow you to settle the outstanding amount within 10 minutes via credit card.

Holding gold in your account
Your gold holding is stored safely in our vaults and is fully insured.
We charge an annual 0.35% storage fee on your gold holding for this service. This is calculated daily based on the closing spot price and charged monthly with a minimum annual charge of 0.1 grams.
Please note: All oustanding storage fees are due whenever you sell gold or at the first of every calendar month and will automatically be deducted from your gold holding.

Redeeming physical gold
You can redeem your Gold Savings Account balance anytime in our Online Shop for any available product plus its retail premiums and pick it up in our Bullion Shop in Singapore.
With all Gold Saving Accounts being fully backed by fine gold, you can be sure we always have enough gold to facilitate your redemption request for available gold bar sizes from on 2 grams.

Withdrawing cash
We allow withdrawals of up to SGD 20,000 within 5 days to your bank account on file with us.
For higher withdrawal limits or to change your bank account information on file, please contact us as there are additional identity verification requirements we have to comply with.
